I have always loved Barbie, and as an adult I still love her. Barbie makes me feel like I can be anything. I also love how diverse Barbie has become. 1959 Barbie
Of course, I had to pay homage to the first Barbie! She is iconic with the black and white bathing suit. I got this bodysuit from Zara’s new Barbie collection. Because the first Barbie is so classic, I decided to pair this bodysuit with a classic pair of jeans, black sunnies, and big Barbie hoops to tie the look together. I love it and it is super adorable. I defiantly pulled out my inner Barbie with this outfit!

I love how Barbie has layers when it comes to her clothes. As a child, I always enjoyed dressing Barbie in different outfits. Going Out Barbie
Among many things, Barbie is known for going out and having a great time! Barbie loves to go out dancing with all of her friends. I wore a silk pink maxi skirt with a black crop top tank. This look is very simple, but the accessories make everything look perfect! This is a perfect night outfit out on the town.

Date Barbie

Casual Barbie
Barbie is known for her fun dressy outfits, but Barbie knows how to be casual as well. Wearing a fun Barbie t-shirt and tank is a great way to bring out your inner Barbie without trying. Accessories is a great way a dressing any casual look up as well.
This pink Barbie crop t-shirt is from Zara and the Barbie tank is from Target. In the third look, I choose to pair my pink silk maxi skirt with a t-shirt. The juxtaposition of a casual top with a dressy skirt is so Barbie.
I really wanted to reuse the pieces in different ways, because as a little kid that’s how I played with my Barbies.
